We had our first session with our sixth country, Denmark, on September 5th!

We had very positive feedback from the participants this time as well!
As this was our very first session with Denmark, we went over basic information of the two countries, including some fun facts, and did a bit of cultural exchange in the breakout rooms.
Many of the Japanese participants had an image that Denmark has a lot of mountains, but we came to know that the highest point in the countries is only 170 meters high and it's a pretty flat country. I bet it was a new discovery for many of us, including myself.
Denmark is often recognized as one of the "happiest" countries, and has always been ranked within top 3 in the world. It's very important to know this statistic in the first place, but it's even more important to take a further step and think about WHY this is the case, and THE EXTENT to which this is true. We hope you get to notice things that you had never thought about through participating in our sessions.
Interact with the people that actually live in Denmark/Japan, get to know what is going on there, and ask them questions that pop up in your head . Even though this process might seem mundane, we believe that these small steps will take us to a much bigger web of "personalization"!
Our next session is going to be on the 12th of September from 8pm JST (1pm Danish time). We will be talking about the past and present food culture of the two countries next time.
